What Users Are Saying

I do not like living on the phone. Need paper maps.

Didn’t get a chance to enjoy. Rained 4 days in a row. Tomorrow is our last day here. Extremely, disappointed.

If you want to order food in Epic Park you are required to order from the app. The process is confusing and difficult. No Apple Pay and you have to enter your credit card info. YOU CANNOT ORDER AT THE LOCATION ONLY APP. HORRIBLE

The map is not friendly user. I click on a place in the map it does not show it where it is located on the map. the food and wallet glitches. This app breaks down like universal rides.

Trash knock off - employees in new Epic park lied saying use app for dining cuz cashier is cash only. No honey, credit machine worked. I stood there correcting him every chance I could as he lied to more people.

We found out this morning stardust racers is closed for refurbishing after less than a year of operation, waited in a line for three hours to find out it is delayed, half the park is down, all lines are over an hour. Terrible.

App told me fool will be ready at 1:45 and to let us know when you are here then I here and I’m told to wait with no expected time

Poor information regarding 4- day park to park and Express pass at Royal Pacific. When purchased told incl used all parks express pares except a few roller coasters. Not true. Staying at Royal Pacific does not include express at Epic. Not advertised correctly. Very deceptive
