I’ve been trying to link my tickets purchased to my Disney app. None of your Q&A addresses how to find your tickets after you get your confirmation email with your confirmation number showing you successfully purchased tickets.
They have the worst customer service ever something needs to change
The app doesn’t update well on its own. You MUST update yourself to ensure the accuracy of ride times, lightening lane options, etc, Also, when you book a lightening lane, BE SURE to go all the way through the prompts or you won’t have an actual reservation. Just a misleading app.
I thought there was going to be support for my 2 special needs kids. Once we showed up nothing.

I’m a t Disney and can’t buy tickets via app. I’ve tried multiple accounts and payment methods. There is little to know Representatives to help. This vacation is a disaster
First visited Disneyland 1962. Lines now just to get in are rediculous. New version of fast pass is a waste of money. Almost 11am still haven’t been on a ride. Worst visit ever
