What Users Really Think About Six Flags

Try to sign in get an invalid token error, but yet it is signed in, try to scan passes with QR code, another error, uninstalled reinstalled, same thing, kids had same error with s24 phones, app is trash, fix it

When I tried to open the app today it forced me to make a new account and anytime I try to open anything it freezes and won’t load. It’s completely unusable now. Force closed and re-opened at least 10 times.

It’s super buggy and annoying to use

Since they changed the app I have not been able to easily access my season passes. In fact, I can’t even find them! This is by far the worst app for a theme park that I’ve ever had to use.

App freezes even after the update

This app has not worked one single time I’ve tried to use it. I can’t access my passes, it freezes up every. Single. Time. And I’ve tried about 100 times over the last month. It glitches every time. Cant use it in the park. I tried at Carowinds and it freezes every time.

Glitches and extremely slow. I have passed for both my daughters and the photos are two different photos of one of my daughters! Where did they get the 2nd photo of my daughter. So creepy!!! I can't click in anything without the app freezing. Everytime and it's almost everything,like when I hit the calendar or the passes or the deals I can't click on anything and the app is basically useless.
