Greyhound is the worst. Always late. Communication is nonexistent. Had to wait in Albuquerque for a transfer. Security kicked me off the property for loitering. I show my ticket they didn’t care they said it was policy. What a scam!!

Right after I booked a trip (within 2 minutes) greyhound emailed me and told me it was cancelled but I could reschedule a trip. Or, very inconveniently “ask for a refund” for a trip that didn’t exist to begin with and wait 7-14 days to get my money back. Extremely dishonest. God’ll sort that out.

I spent 90$ buying a ticket that would have cost 50$ with Amtrak then I show up to take the bus. I have never been disrespected or accused like this before. The driver who abandoned me and my child for assuming were someone else needs to be fired. I will never use it again and you will see me in court
