For a platform dedicated to teaching the next generation of coders and programmers, I’m surprised by how awful the iOS app functions. I tried since yesterday to get my learning courses and the app does not work, I purchased a lot of courses. Can I get my money back back ? You are braking the deals , that you can access for life .

Only a few lectures from my courses get displayed. Same bug between iPhone and iPad. It’s not my internet connection because the browser version of udemy works fine

It’s misleading that they don’t tell you up from that the personal plan doesn’t include all courses and their customer service is poor.

Blank screen on start up, Error Message when My paid classes are selected. No update in the store after 3 days had to delete the app.

Literally everytime I use this the app just stops playing the video I’m watching. Sometimes deleting and redownloading helps it play again but it’s every time I use the app, it’s wild. I end up needing to use my laptop which is not always accessible.

Do you really expect us to learn from your sloppy technical issues and downloads or slows molasses after months of viewing this damn app you better do something fast!
