Loading screens gets hung after being prompted to log in. The webpage loads to “create account” but I can’t access the account I’ve had for 14 years.

99% of the time login do not work

Even the login is buggy. But even worse, the entire platform is full of bugs like how certificates save. Customer service is non-existent. They let anyone post learning content and that is allowing so much low quality courses to be available.

I’ve took over 20 courses on this app and maybe 2 were decent. There’s a total lack of continuity, failure to convey information, poor visuals or examples, lack of proper assessments, and no actual projects/activities. Using this app is awful. Navigation is a painful experience and the devs and/or product owner needs to take few courses to understand how they should be desigining apps. This is a nightmare of apps and it doesn't even listen for intents from my browser. Poor ecosystem.
