What Users Really Think About trivago: Compare hotel prices

I selected Hampton Inn and Suites in Tilton Nh and the same hotel in VA came up.

Cancellation on site was not showing till chatted with them

Double Check w Hotel, Trivago stated “includes all fees but hotel may charge for extra services”. Arrived at Hotel and they charged an additional $25 per night…. Disappointed with appearance of shadiness on someone’s behalf.

My credit card has been double charged so I have two payments pending no emails called to confirm my reservation for the hotel for the following day and there is no reservation. Trying to find a telephone number to get help and cannot get one. I was given a number for trivago by the comfort Inn cust...

I paid for a room to find out the hotel for said room didn’t even exist anymore !!! was the first and only time I’ll ever use this app

Trying to create a new search and it’s not user-friendly for me. It’s probably operator error, however. in trivago, I can’t figure out how to do it. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

The prices are based on week days, nothing near Fri - Sunday, waste of time for me
