Show up around 2 to check in and they said room wasn’t ready but would be real soon and they’d call me. No call went back around 415 and they’d were like yeah rooms been ready for awhile. Disappointed that they said they’d call and never did.
Almost every time I book through Hotels.com the app calendar jumps around and I end up booking the wrong dates and cannot get a refund when I discover the problem. I think they purposely try to get you to do that to make money. I don’t plan to book through them anymore.
Nearly impossible to get a simple itemized receipt in a timely fashion through this app. Makes expense reports extremely tedious if you have to spend a half an hour trying to find itemized receipt for one stay.
