I have tried for so long to get my trip rescheduled or get some of refund but no one helped me! Expedia has no way to contact someone it’s all AI and it sucks!

What a low class company is Mex Rentals. Buyer beware. Expedia being a middle man didnt help.
I have been trying to change my email information, and have not been able to complete that simple task. Also, I can not get a human on the line to assist me. I have been left holding the bag while I still am unable to access to any emails.
