I love the providers but It glitches, and errors, signs me out randomly during mid bookings, customer service is also the worst idk

I have talked about my experience on this app to my new therapist because how much my therapist on this app messed with my head. I struggle with opening up because of them and it set me back so much

For the past couple of months my video sessions have been interrupted by unstable connection. Neither me nor my therapist have changed anything with our internets. This is the only app where we experience video connectivity issues. It’s very frustrating. I am using the desktop version on Chrome.

So many problems where do I start? How about the most important: during a chat/messaging session, while in the muddle of typing something very important, the app will suddenly refresh my screen and everything I've typed is lost! This happened multiple times during a session!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! ...

Every time I open message app it shows white screen after about 10 seconds. Does not do anywhere else but messaging. Haven’t been able to respond to my provider since Monday.

I haven’t even had a chance to have my first appointment and I’m trying to answer a question from my clinician and mid typing the screen goes blank. I have to restart the app this has happened several times in just 5 min and I still haven’t been able to answer the question. How is this going to work...
