This one doesn’t fully work. You have to pay to see it you like the app. I want my money back. The app doesn’t always function. Today, my pin won’t let me login and I can’t log out. It’s just not the right app for me.

Ive been trying to get matched with a therapist and so far all the therapists they have matched me with dont even have availability for me to schedule sessions the last one they matched me with straight up told me they arent taking any other patients … Why did you get paired with me then?

The BetterHelp subscription service is one of the most predatory subscription services I’ve ever had the displeasure of subscribing to. Warning, you will be charged every week whether you meet with your therapist or not. Keep a close eye on your bank statements with this one.

I’m throughly annoyed by today’s session cut short. About 15 minutes in, the built in calling crashed, then the app completely. I’ve spend over the original session time attempting to reconnect with the dr with no success. Love the service, not loving the execution of broken code!

The app is glitching when i want to use it it appears a white screen prevents me from using the app

The Therapist was very good and mid way my treatment the company cancelled my communication with my therapist.
