No matter what I do in the app it is not sending me my birthday gift. It tells me to sign up and I go through the process and then it starts all over again and never shows it's done. Last year it just went into my account and it was great but this year nothing.

The app usually works well but the log in screen does not work anymore. I have to go on the website to put in an order which makes me order less.

Starbucks is trying to be all positive about the changes that they’re making to their rewards program, but really, they’re costing the customer more while reducing a previously kind of bad rewards system with an even worse one.

Absolutely not. I’m gonna spend my remaining $14 on my Starbucks card then deleting the app!!! The change to the program is absolutely STUPID and not rewarding at all!
