Lack of modern payment options like Apple Pay

I downloaded the app because it ordering through safari was terrible. It turns out the app isn’t any better. It also won’t let you checkout using apple unless you create a profile with your apple email address.

The app is unusable because the payment system doesn’t work. Every time I add items and attempt to check out, I receive the message: “We were unable to verify your card. Please contact your bank for more details.” My card works everywhere else and this only happens in the Gregory’s app. This issue...

Ridiculous that a premium coffee as such an antiquated account set up.

It’s 2026, there’s no excuse to not have ApplePay as an option to pay online. Otherwise easy to use app.

The interface is clunky and not simple, needs easier ordering and reordering capabilities/user interface changes.

For the past 3 weeks, the credit card payment system doesn’t work. You can’t add a new card, and when you add a card it doesn’t work. So stupid. I’ve missed out on so many points, ordering using the mobile website instead

Cannot add credit card info and worse, no Apple Pay support yet I can sign in with an apple account?
