For whatever reason the app will sometimes allow you to customize drinks and then sometimes it won’t. But even when it does allow customization, it’s far far too little. I mean, the Starbucks app is worlds better when it comes to customization. You would think they would want to make it easier for y...

It makes payment easy but the rewards program is a joke. You have to spend $80 before you can get a latte or smoothie. And you they will claw back your points if you don’t spend them in 6 months. Ask me how I know.

The app itself works fine, but there needs to be more options for customization. I would use it more if I could order my actual drink through it — ie: light ice, more splashes of cream, etc.

I didn’t really have a problem at first til I realized they bump you back down a status if you don’t complete the “visit 9 times a month” challenge and so many points expire if you don’t use them during a certain time. But hey, at least you get fun badges out of it I guess…
