Half the time I scan my barcode points don’t get processed so I don’t see the point of having this app.
I hate that the default tip is a percentage and the app makes it difficult to select no tip. I tip for service, if I'm ordering on the app and having no human interaction I'm tipping $1 at most. The percentage default is infuriating as I once ordered a bag of beans as well which takes no preparation...
They stick on a tip at the end so that, when you are trying to check out, they can charge you more. It’s deceptive.
Waited over 20 minutes for them to never receive my ticket/order. Total waste of time ordering from this app. Just go in person. I was charged but they never got my ticket. :/. Late to work now. Thanks blue bottle
once you select a store you only see its name, not address. so if the name doesnt jog your memory, u just cant tell what location you are ordering from until you goto change location. lame
This app is so cumbersome to use. Anytime I open the app with a spotty network (like every day when I’m commuting to work on the train and trying to order a coffee), the app logs me out permanently. Then I have to log back in to place an order. Every. Day. Why are you clearing my token on a network ...
The app always has connection issue and log out regularly even if you select remember the log in. Location function also doesn’t work well.
When you add your order to the cart, the app automatically adds a tip and if you don’t pay attention, you will be paying a tip every single time. This is sneaky and deceptive.
