I’ve been trying to reload my Dunkin card for over a month. And even when I try to just add a different credit card altogether, app keeps coming back with an error…. Paying cash and wasting time in drive thru line
You can’t get your money back on the app. if they don’t have what you ordered and there is no alternative solution adding substitute options
5 or 6 years ago I used to go to Dunkin everyday when reward system was better. I used to get a free medium drink often, loved it! Now it takes forever to get a free drink. Better than Starbucks rewards but still not worth it. Drink local. Sick of corporate greed
First order I try placing… takes my money and doesn’t send order through. I will be disputing with my bank. Thanks for taking my money Dunkin.
I made my account, put in my phone number (which many apps have no issue with, when authenticating) and I get error saying I shouldn’t add the “+1” when its not even there.

The app doesn’t allow you to report issues with the orders and makes you email and wait 3-4 days for a response/refund which is odd since it’s a big corporation I shouldn’t have to wait 3-4 days for problem to be resolved
