Looks like this app has been developed by college dropouts. The options for customer feedback reporting, reporting problem with ride are abysmal and do not work as intended

Overhyped app Worst experience

1. Had to pay extra because it was showing higher price than mine 2. On complaining they did have back some wallet money but interestingly I can not use it in any rides. 3. No response done customer support

Most unreliable app ever just wont stop begging and keep begging to add more money and they give the most stupid reasons for that

Requires an Indian phone number to use, unfortunately, which was not clear until I had downloaded the app and tried to sign up.

Drivers give one star ratings to foreigners to game the system.

Caption ride was mismatch. I questions him about it and he got confrontational. I didn’t feel safe so I rejected to give the parcel. The then started to use foul language and started threatening.
