Poor customer service and frequent app crashes.

"No customer service. Support doesn’t exist."

It’s a good app and have been helping me with my small business, however there’s an issue with notifications. If someone texts me i dont get an alert. It doesn’t make a noise or vibrate. My notification setting are enabled but still nothing

There has been a bug on here for years where you literally can't even pick up the phone calls you receive. Pretty problematic for a phone application.

My registration has been approved for over 3 days and I still cannot send customers messages which is absolutely critical for my best. Customer support has gone completely silent. Terrible customer service.

If you’re planning on using this for your business expect that it will constantly log you out so you’ll never know if you’re missing calls. When you are logged in, expect nearly nonstop spam & auto dialed calls.

They don’t have any live agents. They hide behind emails and offer zero customer service and zero help with any issue that you have.
