Lacks key features and poor mobile app performance.
"App is not intuitive and requires too many clicks."
"Desktop is great, but mobile app is lacking."
Its an app. It has some features. But my goodness is it minimal. The types of properties i created for objects are not all showing up properly in the app. I can’t uploaded files in the form, i cant add time stamps to a manually logged date, my renamed objects don’t maintain this nickname in the app ...
Keeps locking my account when I’m logged into my work computer vs. my phone.
I’ve been creating a new account and linking calendar for 15 minutes numerous logins going to website back to the app connecting back to the website back to the app back to email code. Still can’t get to a stable place where I can start doing work. I’m done with this app no matter how good it is.
The app has some nice features and can be easy to use for some things. It’s also very frustrating as someone who works remotely and on the road at times that I can’t build/edit quotes or view invoices from the app. Seems like a critical feature that is overlooked
Loved Hubspot at first, now they are expensive as all gets and lock you in to contracts. I haven’t used Hubspot for a year and there’s no getting out of this contract I mistakingly let my sales guy set us up on. it’s 100% impossible to get out of their services. Extremely frustrating company honest...
you can only do about 1/10 of the things you’d be able to do on their mobile app vs their desktop app. better than having no mobile app, but barely
The starter package is misleading to what it allows you to actually use. Don’t do it!
Left iOS16 users behind. Churn!
