App is glitching so insanely bad to the point where my phone is overheating when it’s opened.
I really like Old Navy, but the app is lagging, glitching and freezing constantly. I’m trying to add things to my cart and I have to close out the app and reopen it to unfreeze it, and then I lose my place. My app is updated. Please fix this.
ok app but its always asking me to update whenever i need to use it. Deleting it and will be using the website. Its annoying
It’s very pushy and invasive. I’m sure browsing would still be possible without an immediate update. It’s a red flag.
On an iPhone 17 pro and the app is super slow and over heats. Searches all default to “women” when searching for “men” in search bar for some reason too

Order 4 pair of pants took a month to come in a world where things take a day this is ridiculous and they make u pay for this month wait for your stuff makes me not want to order from yall ever again
I used to love this app, but since the recent updates, it keeps running slower and slower. I feel like I’m working on a computer from the 1970s on a dial up modem this makes a shopping experience awful.
