I clicked on a link stating I’d get a discount if I downloaded the app. The I didn’t get a discount. After waiting 20 minutes for text support they would not give me the discount code. They mail you incorrect (used!!!) items and make it horrible to return.
They sent a birthday discount that didn’t work when I was checking out waste of time for me
It’s okay. Wish you were able to virtual try on all clothes
They don’t give you full credit for a refund based off of how much you have returned in the past which is ridiculous. All of their items run completely different so until they get their sizing straight, there shouldn’t be a penalty for needing to return.
The designing is great, however the fitting/sewing of the clothes a lot of times is pretty bad.
It’s annoying to have to give all your info just to shop
