What Users Really Think About Meru Health

I was told my insurance would cover the cost, instead they sent me multiple bills with NO EXPLANATION. I’ve requested itemized bills several times, but it is impossible to get a hold of a real person to speak to and their customer service is completely negligent.

I'm not sure if it's iOS compatible. It just freezes and force closes over and over again. I've reached out to support, honestly I'm just going to delete it. I'd rather zoom a therapist.

Program is ok but the app is too basic and buggy.

I can’t even enter my email without it freezing. I tried work around like copy paste but it still freezes. I’ve never had this problem before on any app.

Every time I try to respond to the prompts during the exercises, the app shuts down.

The content and therapist are great. The app, is somewhat wonky. Trying to send messages to my therapist causes the app to crash sometimes. Watching some of the content crashes the app sometimes. The only solution i have found is to wait.

This app was listed on my insurance so I thought insurance would cover it— it did not. The price was listed at $300 but that didn’t include the initial visit. Overall this was not what I was anticipating— treatment or price wise.
