I had an account for 3 years and I loved it - so easy to use. Then got an email that I would have never found if I wasn’t looking for something else saying my account was being shut down and there is nothing I can do about it. Called customer service, they wouldn’t give me a reason. No notification ...

Approved my account. I then deposited a small check from a title company and they closed the account.

The ‘balance up’ feature is a joke. I’ve had my pay going into this card for about 2 years and I have only ever been eligible for $20. I am a pro user as well. When I asked in the past they mentioned algorithms or something. They need the ability to block individual merchants like Cash App.

I get paid every Friday like clockwork… Way too often I get paid late! Like Monday late! Worse case Tuesday.. and every-time I call Lili customer service… they have no idea what happened. I would never recommend Lili to anybody..

Lili is horrible they charge you $35 a month for a membership even if you don’t have a business.
