What Users Really Think About Home Chef: Meal Kit Delivery

First order placed last week. Was supposed to be here today. It’s not. We were planning on using it tonight for dinner. It’s now after 8pm. Try to chat with support, app crashes. This is not a good first impression. I will be canceling. You had one shot and you blew it.

I have been notified by my fraud alert service that Home-chef was breached allowing mine and 8,717,691 members records data on file to be released. This isn’t been publicly addressed by the owners of Home-chef. Please make this a priority to protect your customers from fraud.

The UI is extremely choppy and slow, the old UI from years ago is better

I was missing or received poor ingredients almost weekly and they would be very stingy with credits to make up for this poor quality. Definitely not worth the price.

I eat out some with family and friends so didn’t always work out to fix two meals. I did enjoy them when I was “iced in.”
