The meals are fine. But if a box is delayed or never delivered the only remedy they will offer is an account credit, which clearly does not compensate at all for the cost, time and effort it takes to acquire or prepare replacement meals at the last minute.

We’ve ordered four weeks now and only two ever arrived. They sent me the wrong meals. One of them had shrimp even after they asked me what foods to avoid. I got meals that i didn’t choose and they didn’t send the free protein shake either. I canceled my subscription I’m not interested in this company.

I cancelled my account within minutes of signing up. They did not have many dairy/gluten free options - which I discovered when picking out meals for the box. So even though I cancelled within minutes, they still charged my card and indicated no refund.
