The courses I had were good, but it wasn’t until I was auto enrolled into their Pro service and charged in excess of $300. When attempting to contact, I only received an automated email. Their customer service doesn’t exist.

bad customer service, predatory business practices

I’ve been trying to contact support and they just keep stating the fact that now that my subscription is expired it’s done. My remaining credits weren’t due to expire for another day yet there were gone when I got home from work when I was trying to use them.
