This app is so frustrating and the website is no better. It takes 32 years to load anything, then it freezes, and glitches. It’s a total nightmare. It doesn’t save favorites. If you stay in this app for 10 minutes, you might be able to view two things.
On iPhone, It asks for zip code, lets you type it in, but there is no enter button or the error button is covered up by the keyboard. So useless.
Downloaded for AR functionality and there is none whatsoever.
Why does this app never work??
I downloaded the app because I didn’t want to use the browser on my phone. There’s no way to drop the keyboard after the entering the zip code. It looks like several people were having this same issue back in November. Please fix this!! I’m deleting the app.
Needs a serious overhaul! Slow and items won’t load making it impossible to shopcusing the app.
Absolutely unacceptable- new sofa was delivered on Wednesday before we left for Thanksgiving break. Arrived home Friday- the literal first time we used the recliners THEY BROKE! Now I have to call your customer care center, arrange for service, and then wait on service for a couch that is 10 minutes...
This app asks me for my zip code- then covers up the button to move on, so I am unable to enter the app. What idiot did the quality control on this?
