Poor app performance and misleading product details.

"App is so glitchy, can't even browse properly."

"Product description was inaccurate, received something else."

App rejected 10% saving for first time use and rejected 10% Labor Day purchase within 48 hours. Either app is not set up to capture savings or savings advertisements are misleading. I expect corrections and total of 20% to be applied to my billing.

When I got my broken mirror it was evident so we didn’t open it. I sent it back immediately and called and notified them and ordered a replacement and it’s been in limbo for over 2 weeks. I’ve emailed, called, texted and nothing. So I’m now reordering a new one. Hoping this one makes it here but aft...

I just purchased a queen bed frame. The add said I could get an extra 25% off with code GET25 at checkout but there is no place to place input GET25. Very frustrating. Does that mean I don’t get the extra 25% off. I won’t use All Modern again if that isn’t corrected on my PayPal account.

If I try to set depth, width, or height filters the validation logic won’t accept any numbers other than “0”. This is the same in the Wayfair app. The mobile site works fine

Update doesn’t allow you to apply filters- it says back and there’s no apply.

I reviewed two products I bought on AllModern. One got 5 stars, the other got 1 star. They showed my 5 star review, and aren’t showing my 1 star review.

Ordered an $80 small lamp here and the switch failed in just under two months. AllModern refuses to replace the lamp, saying their warranty only goes to 30 days. Super glitchy, freezes, hides categories then after it crashes and you open it back up they’re available. Says there’s 147 items on a page but only shows 15-20 then huge lag to continue scrolling. This app is not very good at all.
