The remote design is terrible whoever made this design needs to be fired immediately

Having menu options/features in-app was one of my main drivers for purchasing a Vizio TV. Guess I’m buying a new TV…

My Vizio smart TV is pretty dumb along with the app. Poor video quality, updating and returning to Home Screen in the middle of shows, and app offers no convenience. And no it’s not my internet connection because my Sony TV has no issues.

The physical remote is shaped weird and when press channels it sends me somewhere else, and when using the app on the phone it is very slow and unresponsive Roku is faster

Will not stay connected to my tv waste of an app if you don’t have the remote

I have to purchase a Roku stick to add it to my new vizeo tv. You have 1000 apps already built in but no Roku. I have 4 other televisions of various brands and ages and use Roku to access my apps. This keeps it simple.

Chang it back. We all liked when the menu came up on our phone screen, that’s why we’re using the app. If we wanted to look at the tv, we’d use the remote the tv came with. Fix it
