Repeatedly have problems logging in! I have my user name and password but then they send me a code to “prevent scammers” and I copy the code and paste it and it never works!! “Access denied” It’s really annoying

This app purports to allow streaming of shows available on fios, however no such functionality is built into the app (perhaps it was at some time, but it does not currently in March 2026). The app allows you to manage your equipment and account, but is not of much use beyond that.

I can never watch anything I recorded while I am in my home on the wifi nor outside my home. I cannot watch certain channels. The system reports the error but there is never any update or correction.

App keeps logging me out, then difficult to log back in. I keep uninstalling and try again, sometimes it works for short periods.

Don’t waste your money

I can’t access my recorded programs away from home like I USED TO ON Comcast!😡

I recommend using T-Mobile services as this company has the worst customer service out all wireless carriers.
