The app allows you to theoretically download your tickets to your wallet however you can’t scan the tickets. You still have to go into the AXS application to pull up your tickets which is pointless to have a wallet option

This company does whatever it decides to do for you, it pushes fees, it lacks information, and there is no help. It feels like surrendering yourself to the unknown. Not cool at all.

I have the hardest time purchasing tickets on here. I couldn’t use my code, kept having to log in and out and clear my cache and it still wouldn’t load.

Would not recommend AXS to anyone.

The app tells me there are upgrades available. No matter how many times I try to select (and follow suggestions to correct), I can’t get anything to display. Annoying!

I have tix to 3 separate concert and the confirmation to sign in is suppose to send a code. This code never comes via text or call. Sooo... I can't get my tickets via desktop or phone. Hire some real app devs and get your app working properly.
