Be careful with this app
When I try to list tickets for sale the screen just goes blank white after the “add your credit card” section. Unusable.
Why did you change your app? It is almost impossible to find tickets now. Having to use SeatGeek and stubhub for the convenience of their apps. Need to change it back.
For weeks it keeps crashing
Next update yall need to fix “see who accepted invitation to the event” and have the option to manually “Assign seat” via email or text
Horrible app!! Purchased tickets for same day event it’s been 3 hours still haven’t gotten my tickets or any update from customer support
Too complicated, too many steps to retrieve tix, it sucks
Horrible service and your tickets go thru way to many hands and apps remember your going to have to download 3 different apps to locate your tickets and very little help if any when they always go missing
