My appointment keeps glitching and I can’t hear the other person
The provider’s voice sometimes cuts in and out and I have to ask her to repeat it several times. Some times are better/worse than others. I’m not sure if it’s on my end or her’s, but it’s annoying. Especially since it’s therapy, not conducive…
Stop cutting the stream if someone calls or a video plays on the mobile device
This app has very poor audio quality. The sound from the clinician is delayed and often garbled and I’m frequently asking them to repeat and clarify. I use other platforms without issue.
When the microphone is open I hear crickets

This never was an issue before but now if we both talk at the same time the sound goes away anscan not hear anything. The video part is good but there is a background noice that is interrupting during the session. It’s quite annoying. Nicki
