Pros -quick Cons Tech cliches and double billing. App doesn’t always work. We put our insurance in there so it’s a covered benefit for us. So on a good day we can get advice: help. On a bad day we have to take our business elsewhere.

We can never get this app to work when we need it. I restart it and delete it and try all of the things and it never works.

I’ve had open chats with the treatment team for months that are still not resolved. They’re violating their own policy of patient rights by denying access to care. The providers are great. The interface is the literal worst.

They cancelled my appointment for no reason. Then told me to reschedule. Why would I reschedule if you are just going to cancel it?!

Keeps freezing after I sign in with a spinning blue circle. I have to restart my phone to continue, it is really frustrating. Face ID will randomly stop working though my face has not changed and works everywhere else.
