Pros -quick Cons Tech cliches and double billing. App doesn’t always work. We put our insurance in there so it’s a covered benefit for us. So on a good day we can get advice: help. On a bad day we have to take our business elsewhere.
We can never get this app to work when we need it. I restart it and delete it and try all of the things and it never works.
