Lack of real-time support and confusing interface.
"'No way to contact support directly.'"
"'Interface is not intuitive.'"
I feel like my messages don’t get to my dr very fast or are delayed. You can’t tell when it’s been delivered.
I got asked to cash app olumide007 for my prescription.
What used to be a 5 min phone conversation is now a 3 hour back and forth text chat session with an off site person. And they want us to call it progress. It’s employment for some definitely not good service .
It’s an okay app, but I wish there were separate threads to talk to the doctor and nurses and staff about different topics. And there’s no search feature I could find to look for certain info so you have to scroll through everything
Horrible response to questions asked, long delays. Doesn’t relay questions. 2-3 days for response.
I keep having a notification present on the app and I open it and I have no new calls or messages. I’m not receiving actual notifications for messages when they come through either. My job depends on me being responsive and seeing messages and this is a major issue in my functioning now.
Too many bugs and glitches
I really need to return to work and I can’t get through a phone line much less this text message
