the parking garage will turn you away then spot hero will scam you they won’t give you a refund or a credit stay far away from this app

I booked a certain lot but when I looked at my reservation it was several blocks away than the one I booked.

Why would you wish you a credit for people when they really don’t park in an area all the time and rarely use your service just refund the darn money

There may be use cases where this app gets you better prices or parking you otherwise couldn’t have accessed, but in my case I ended up paying more than 25% more that I would have self parking without the app for the same amount of time.

I’ll try to open the app and it will stay loading then close.

Spot Hero took my reservation with my exit at 8:30p.m; however the garage itself closed at 7 p.m. If it wasn't that I looked to see the hours my car would have been locked in for the night and since there are no refunds, I lost my $25 parking and had to go find another parking spot.
