I tried to rebook using book again button and it automatically upgraded to 24hrs and was a one click pay …..:very very sneaky. Beware as they have no recourse refund for this kind of stuff that is really really bad

Even if you reserve and prepay, there's no guarantee you'll actually park your car AND this app/company is difficult to deal with - hard to get a refund. The app provides inadequate information. You will pay for a WISH to park, not a true reservation.
