Ridiculous to be charged for this app.
It’s impossible to reach out to support, adjust or stop parking sessions etc.. once you session start you can’t do anything..
Attempting to activate the subscription causes the app to crash
Made a reservation more than a week out. QR code didn’t work when I arrived, so I paid twice, and it wasn’t even cheaper. Trying to access reservations via app just takes you to their website, so the app is a trash build and useless.
They charge service fee even for free parking! Ridiculous!
Why do we have to pay a service fee when its the only option???
