Timed coupons don't work within 15 minutes of the end time. Planning an order with a discount that ends at 10am means putting it in by 9:45. Imagine filling your cart and then not being able to afford it and having to empty it because the price is higher than what was promised. Fix this and be hones...
Love the service but fees are very high. We limit the times we order out to avoid high fees.
They don’t care if food is late or cancelled order after a two hours waiting they tell you sorry here’s $5 credit so funny!! I’m looking for an alternative
I spent over 50$ food never showed they send me a 5$ credit an told me they already gave an concession
This app shouldn't exist, it's an affront to society. Do yourself a favor, walk or make it yourself.
This app is poorly designed. It won’t let you join group orders until you first join them on the website. It refuses to let you pay with Apple Pay. But on the plus side, it tried at every single screen to get me to upgrade to Grubhub+, so it’s good at that. Their CEO should be proud.
This app is getting past the point of shameless. At this point I’m surprised they don’t add a surcharge for users who want to select their own food. Like “it is free if seamless chooses your food for you but if you want to select your own order their is a $3 fee” sleep well seamless
