My order was taken by someone else so I requested a refund. They said wait an hour and never got it so I requested a refund again and they banned my account. I’m never using door dash or Caviar again.

If you try to cancel within second of submitting an order, they’re won’t refund you. So triple check the address you’re picking up from. Don’t assume it’s the location you think it is.

Dashers leave the food on the floor outside despite clear instructions in multiple languages asking them not to do this. If you want to eat cold food of the floor like a dog this is the app for you.

what is with the added stops? when did they implement this change? all it does in make the customer wait while the laborer is forced to do more work, and caviar im sure benefits the most from this. it's tech start up BS and i'm deleting my account and the app as soon as my sad, cold, delayed order a...

I find the cost and FEATURES of the app are identical to all others. For example, with an app called CAVIAR, one would expect more customization options, - additional spaces for preferences/requests. it’s no better organized or intuitive than others. For all intents and purposes it’s identical.

Beware. If you downloaded this app expecting the $10 off your first order, they will argue you and try to state the promo code is expired. There’s no expiration date and it’s the first picture you see when download the app. Scammers

I am so mad at this app, I went on vacation to to Florida at one point and order some pizza, and I was in the middle of hanging out with people and somehow must have clicked on something that signed me up to this idiotic dash-pass. I don’t use this app a lot and certainly wouldn’t sign up for a dash...
