Forced updates are RUDE and unnecessary. One star for the inconvenience. Edit 3/11/26 still forcing me to update. I just wanted to check one thing, but no, I have to wait five minutes for the update to go through. Very aggravating, whatever the update is, I did not need it!!!!

Won’t let me take stuff out of my cart despite logging out, deleting the app and redownloading.

I like Petsmart but this is literally the only shopping app I use that doesn’t provide shipping information. It shows if something is in shipped status but doesn’t include any way to track shipments. My only other complaint is that it makes it too easy to accidentally waste points on their sweepstak...

Can’t input any kind of payment, so best of luck ordering anything through the app

Does not allow you to check out at all so that you can have items shipped or pick up curbside at the store. Have had to use other pet apps as I am not able due to time restraints to go to a store. This has been an ongoing issue with this app over a year and nothing has been changed.

I absolutely adore my groomer Aline, I can’t say enough good things about her! But the app is terrible to work with! I earned thousands of points that I can never apply towards my grooming that I get every 5 to 6 weeks. Please fix this

This app has been so bad for years. Way too many glitches and can’t even use it most of the time. I don’t know why it can’t be fixed.
