Recent UI updates needed way more testing before release. There is a serious lag in loading the data on both app and web essentially making the website unusable. Customers cannot access data or pay bills or schedules appointments. Poor poor choice on releasing this.

Lost count of how many times I have had to reinstall this app to see it still doesn’t function. Continually sits in a loading state. It’s just easier to use the Banfield website than the app.
This app doesn’t work on iPhone 17plus. It says the app has been updated and forces password reset. When that works it says successful and then when I log in it automatically redirects to having to reset the password. There is no guest option either and the website is doing it too
