i love chewy, i have 5 small animals and can only find their goods on there, and it is so convenient since i don’t have any pet stores around where i live, but the app suuuuccckkksss man. my phones older, but never lags and crashes the way it does within 10 mins on the app and i have a lot to buy. h...

The stupid app just keeps cycling in trying to get to the sign-in page. Can’t use the app because I cannot sign in. I can on the website, but not the app. It’s been this way since I downloaded it. 🙄

I am tired of it and definitely have enough time to document it.

Viewing orders after they ship… you see the total cost, total number of packages, each package broken down by item with its cost—- no total invoice with breakdown including tax/shipping can be viewed. Useless app since have to use website.

I adore Chewy and I really like this app. The UI makes navigating really easy. I love that it keeps track of things i buy often and that autoship is more flexible now. Honestly I’d give it five stars except for some reason my phone has a really hard time with this app in particular. It gets so hot...
