Incredibly inconvenient for transients, maybe it’s good if you’re living in Chicago and need to use it often.

Horrible app, I’m locked out of my account and I have to have my credit card that is 5 years old to reset it!!!

Why can’t you just add a custom amount to your wallet? Why can’t you have multiple cards? Why can’t you transfer your parking to another zone? This app Is terrible, clunky, and outdated.

Not easy to reset PIN. They ask for your credit card information to update PIN and if it doesn’t match what they have on file there’s no easy way to change payment on the app.

I cannot get this stupid thing to work.

Didn’t accepted one of my two credit cards. Very old school design, from 2000’s. No parking for less than 30 min, no Apple Pay. Outdated service. For Chicago this is fiasco.
