App doesn't work with certain banks

I don’t know how and why people still use this app. It is notoriously glitchy, the pay is inaccurate. I see complaints everyday on various social media platforms about how inaccurate this app is.

The app is consistently difficult and unresponsive, and even with a linked bank that showed as eligible for expedited when you try to actually do the transfer, it’ll say it’s not compatible

I can deposit into my account. Unexpected error keeps popping up. I did all the resets and it still don’t work

It only works with select employers. Would’ve been nice to disclose to the consumer instead of wasting my time downloading and deleting the app. Hope you meet the “monthly downloads” metric

The app is not working for me. It’s says error every time I try to log in. I can’t see access anything!

Never shows accurate pay and makes it really hard to figure out how much your pay is gonna be for the period.

Doesn’t work in nys! I’m very upset considering I work for Walmart and can see none of my funds before payday! 😡
