Poor customer service and support

"Customer service is horrible, they hang up on me."

"Support was not able to help me and they did not seem knowledgeable enough to remedy the issue."

There seems to be a bug when trying to update your timesheet and it won’t ever let me save my hours it lets me type out all the info and when I submit it it doesn’t work. Happens every week, then randomly it lets me save it. Please fix this it’s annoying.

This app gives very limited info once you leave the employer that uses Paylocity.

The location is always wayyyy off. It changes my location during my lunch break! It lets me clock out for lunch but when I try to clock back in, the app says im a quarter mile away from where I was and in an “unauthorized location”

I see a recent review noting the same issue. The latest update percents me from using the app- cannot clock in or out. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing.

I can’t do anything with my account.. looks like paper taxes

It was not working the location kept on going to me in the parking lot and now it’s working check back with me later.

Would be nice if you can cash out a daily amount, or % like other places
