Frozen foods half thawed and fruit containers half empty.

Time and time again, I end up having to cancel orders because (Even though I make an order 4 hours in advance) no one bothers to shop until after the store closes. There needs to be a way to hold stores that ignore orders until closing accountable or even the app itself.
