Fake promotions and reward programs that disappear before payout, destroying trust
"Do not trust DoorDash!!! They scammed be with a promotion that they supposedly had. After 8 orders placed I would get a reward of $30 and it kept counting down to get unlocked from (60 DAYS) mind you, when it said 1 day left, it d[isappeared]"

it’s irritating how i have to pay extra just for doordash drivers to come straight to me instead of making multiple stops while my food gets cold, and my ice melts. it’s VERY time consuming, and unnecessary.
DoorDash now flags customers, if they contact them with an order issue. So they means, that if they make a mistake on your orders, you have to go along with it. They will not refund your money back. I would order almost every day, but that didn’t matter to them.
It’s just outrageous that when I have dash pass it says i get no delivery fee bet yet it wants me to buy a lot of stuff just to “save” with dash pass, this is outrageous!!!
Everything on the app is a few dollars more than if you go to the store, plus fees, plus tips… it ends up costing 3 times what it would if I wasn’t lazy. Haha
why am i paying three $3 fees just for my small (upcharged) combo to be late, cold, and torn up? and i’m not blaming the underpaid drivers or food service employees. if i have to pay almost double the price of my food, there should at least be some kind of quality assurance on doordash’s end.
