What Users Really Think About Gopuff - Grocery Delivery

I placed an order for one thing that is less than 2 miles away. The driver is going so many different ways that are adding time to my delivery. This is not the only time it has happened. I do not recommend.

I ordered stuff and they canceled my order as soon as they were close.!!

Even if you have their subscription service, they charge you another $3 for “priority” delivery and if you don’t your stuff shows up smelling like cigarette smoke an hour and a half later during non-peak hours 9/10 times. Things advertised as “delivered cold” showing up warm. Don’t trust them at all...

I search up plantains and I see vegetable chips pop up where is the plantains 🤦🏽‍♀️

Customer support is AI that refuses to help. Waited hours to cancel an order when it said it would be delivered in minutes. Absolute scam.
