What Users Really Think About Golden 1 Mobile

Their newest update and mobile reworking is abysmal. They claimed they made it “easier” but in fact did the opposite. Extra steps to do things that used to be an easy one click away. The app now is so confusing and such a downgrade.

As a joint account holder i have to set up all my billers from scratch. And now it wont allow me to mobile deposit. For over 15 years i never had a complaint and now you guys “fixed it” but it wasnt broken

Difficult to navigate

The new mobile app experience has been an absolute nightmare. Its going on a couple weeks now and I still can’t mobile deposit checks. Its just gives me a server error on both iOS and Android. Im strongly considering moving to another credit union.

Used to be very convenient and efficient. Ever since the new update it has become terrible. The app display is cluttered, the balances display inaccurate data, and there is now significant lag time between transfer and balance data. Who on earth approved this?

They should have just left it alone! They made things more difficult not only that this app is so messed up I have to go to the bank to make payments instead of doing off the app! Very disappointed should have just left things alone
